Carmelo Gugliotti

Mr. Gugliotti is involved in the international hairdresser arena since 1972, as Competitor, Judge, Trainer, Delegate, Competition Director, Sage, General Commissioner and at the present as General Director of Competition.
Active member of NCA (national Cosmetology Association of USA) were embraced different positions such as; Connecticut Hair Fashion Committee Chairman, Past President of the NCA of Connecticut; HairAmerica Sector Director, , Trainer of the Youth USA Team, and International Delegate for the Gents Division.
In 1999 Mr. Gugliotti was inducted to the NCA Hall of Renown.
Mr. Carmelo Gugliotti owns an upscale full service Hair Salon, a second salon will be open on July 2006, also is the owner of a �State of The Art� Hairdresser and Esthetics School in Connecticut USA.
His devotion for the Hairdresser profession and his loyalty and dedication to NCA and OMC makes Mr. Gugliotti a value asset for both organizations.
Leonardo Gugliotti
Leonardo has been in the beauty business since 12 years old, helping his dad, Carmelo with shampooing, sweeping, etc. AT 16 he received his hairdressing liscense, since then he has been a competitor, platform educator and creative designer for 3 of NCA�s Hair-America collections. His strength is creating distinctive looks that complement his model�s features and bring out her beauty.
Martin Gugliotti
Licensed when he was just 16 years of age, has accomplished a great deal, with qualifications ranging from education to competition. Although Martin has a double major in engineering his love lies in fashion. Salon and Hair Dressing School owner, where he serves as the Dean of Students helping ensure the best prepared graduates. He is a member of the NCA Americas, AACS (American Association of Cosmetology Schools), CEA (Cosmetology Educators of America). His competition history is not easily surpassed, with 3 consecutive national golds, 2nd place at Hairworld in Seoul, Korea in 2000 and a three time Hairworld competitor. More recently Martin has appeared in Pivot Point�s Salon Fundamentals Text Book (same textbook now used at the International Institute of Cosmetology), American Salon, NCA�s Studio Magazine (debuting as Spring/Summer 2004 Design Team, Men�s Designer) as well as other trade publications.
