Appointments
To make an appointment you may call the salon directly. We suggest making appointments in advance however, please feel free to call us at the last minute and we will accommodate you.
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Please note that your scheduled time is your treatment time. We regret if you are running late, time may be deducted from your treatment.
Cellular Phone/Beeper
To maintain the serenity of our Spa experience, we ask that you please turn off your cellular phone/beeper upon arrival.
Payment
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and cash. No personal checks please.
Refunds, Gift Certificates and Products
Certificates are non-refundable. Products or accessories may be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in pricing.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. A courtesy confirmation call will be made 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointments.
