Front Desk
$18-$22/hr - 0-5 year salon related front desk experience
$20-$30/hr- 5+ year salon related front desk experience
Hairstylist
$18-$20/hr or 40-47% commission whichever greater- 0-5 year salon experience
$20-$30/hr or 45-55% commission whichever greater- 5+ year salon experience

Retirement Plan
GUGLIOTTI SALON & SUITES employees can participate in a salon-sponsored retirement plan following one-year of service. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan.
Paid Sick Time Policy
Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for, and will begin accruing, paid sick time on their start date. Employees may use their paid sick time after 120 calendar days of employment.
